The Glass Ceiling and Women's Leadership in Nigeria Conference: Realities and Reflections
A communiqué issued at the end of the national conference on women's leadership advancement In Nigeria.
To critically address the barriers facing women in leadership, the Heinrich Böll Stiftung (hbs) convened a pivotal National Conference in Nigeria. The event, part of the hbs' project “The Role of Women in Women’s Leadership Advancement: Realities and Reflections,” brought together key voices from civil society, academia, media, and politics. Participants included seasoned leaders and emerging voices; together, they examined the challenges and strategized pathways to greater gender equity in leadership across all sectors.
