Someone Should Hold Farida
An anthology of new stories from The Flame Tree writers workshop.
With support from the Heinrich Böll Foundation, these stories emerged from twenty young Nigerian writers through the Frame Tree Writers. The purpose of this inspiring work of art is to provide a deeper understanding of the North, moving beyond the stereotypes often depicted in popular culture. The goal of the editor is to rethink how the North tells its stories, contribute to Nigerian literature, and ultimately showcase the potential of a new generation of Nigerian writers.
