OmbudsPerson Election for the Africa and MENA Region (English)

The OMBUDS system is created for hbs employees who work in the international offices, in order to guarantee a high degree of independence in dealing with conflicts.

The system will deal with cases of discrimination, workplace harassment, and severe conflicts between employees and their superiors that cannot be resolved between the affected people themselves. However, conflicts between colleagues at the same hierarchical level should be resolved primarily through contact with your superior.

Four candidates are running for this position and you can read their profiles below to get to know them better. Out of these four candidates, we will select two - one for each region (Africa; MENA-English). The election will be done online at the portal below and will run up to Monday, the 5th of December.
